Sheafly Privacy Policy

Sheafly (“the app”) is a Shopify app built by ReStock Pulse. This policy explains what data Sheafly accesses and stores when a merchant installs it on their Shopify store.

What Sheafly accesses

Sheafly reads product, variant, inventory, and location data from your Shopify store via the Shopify Admin API, in order to identify bundle products and calculate real per-location availability from their component stock levels. Sheafly can also create products and their variant relationships when you use its bundle-creation or CSV-import features.

What Sheafly stores

Sheafly stores only shop-level operational data, specifically:

• Your store's access token, used to make API requests on your behalf.
• A snapshot of each bundle's last-known availability per location, used only to detect when a bundle restocks.
• A log of restock events (when a bundle went from unavailable back to available at a location).

Sheafly does not collect, store, or process any personal customer data (such as customer names, emails, addresses, or order contents). All data Sheafly stores is scoped to your shop and its products, not to individual customers.

Data retention and deletion

All data Sheafly stores for your shop is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app. Because Sheafly holds no customer-linked data, Shopify's mandatory customer data-request and customer-redaction webhooks are acknowledged with no data to return or delete; the shop-redaction webhook deletes all remaining shop-scoped data.

Third parties

Sheafly does not sell or share any data with third parties. Data is used solely to provide the app's bundle-availability functionality to the merchant who installed it.
